Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse

The Ohlone College Warehouse is responsible for receiving all incoming shipments of merchandise and equipment purchased through the Purchase Order Process for both the Fremont Campus and the Newark Center. Orders placed on District CalCard credit cards are not to be shipped to the Warehouse unless prior arrangements have been made. No personal deliveries will be accepted.

WAREHOUSE SUMMER HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
8 AM – 3:30 PM.

Outgoing larger shipments and returns should be processed through the Warehouse. Small packages are sent through the Mailroom (Central Services.)

The warehouse also maintains surplus personal property. Periodically these items that are no longer needed for school purposes are offered for sale through InterSchola^TM on e-bay.com.
